
Gabriella is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School. She earned her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Maternal and Child Health at Lehigh University in 2024, graduating summa cum laude. She also earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology as part of her doctoral training in 2026.
Gabriella enjoys working with neurodivergent and neurotypical children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety and depression. She also has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating the effects of trauma, personality-related concerns, and bipolar spectrum and psychotic disorders. Gabriella takes an integrative, client-centered approach, valuing each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience as essential to understanding their mental health.
During her previous externship, Gabriella provided comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments, as well as individual therapy, to clients across the lifespan. In her therapeutic work, she draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and art therapy techniques. Gabriella is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to work toward meaningful personal growth to achieve their individual goals.
