
Khushmani Singh is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She has experience providing psychological assessment services and is currently expanding her clinical training in psychotherapy. In addition to her clinical work, she is involved in neuroscience and neuropsychology-related research and has experience working in a variety of healthcare settings.
Khushmani takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based interventions while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. She strives to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel supported throughout the therapeutic process.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, body image concerns, intergenerational trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and family and interpersonal relationships. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, neuropsychology, and cognitive functioning across the lifespan.
Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, with beginner proficiency in French and Korean, Khushmani values cultural humility and believes in tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique circumstances while fostering resilience, personal growth, and meaningful change.
