
Noor Khalil is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School. She holds a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and works with children, adolescents, and adults. She provides evidence-based treatment that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other integrative modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Noor is fluent in English, Arabic, and French, reflecting her diverse background, having lived in Dubai, UAE, and Beirut, Lebanon.

Noor has extensive experience working with families from various sociocultural backgrounds. She is skilled in conducting neurodevelopmental evaluations with infants and toddlers presenting a range of neurodevelopmental concerns. Noor is committed to providing inclusive and culturally competent care, with a strong sensitivity to cultural, racial, and gender issues.
