
Undine Ungerer, M.A., is a doctoral psychology extern at The Chicago School, Washington, D.C. She works with adults and couples, providing therapy for anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, and health-related conditions such as chronic pain and illness. She also has a special interest in supporting clients through major life transitions and challenges related to maternal mental health.
Drawing from her background as a registered physical therapist and holistic life coach, Undine approaches therapy as a collaborative process grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story. She integrates evidence-based psychological practices with a mind-body perspective, helping clients cultivate awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. Undine is deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space where healing, insight, and personal growth can unfold.
